Strategy Session Friday December 16th, from 2pm

This session will introduce a range of contemporary issues associated with the formulation and implementation of corporate and business strategies with an emphasis on identifying and implementing strategic change within the organization, building dynamic capabilities and developing coherent strategies. This session will also focus on strategic problem solving and will be helpful to managers of different levels and fields.
