This course initiates the students to the internationalization theories and strategies. It helps understand the international business context and provides insights on tools that help identify international opportunities.
The globalization and its impact on local and international businesses, the various international organizational structures, the corporate culture in an international context and much more topics will be discussed with Prof. Dolores Sanchez Bengoa, the Vice president of the university of economics for management in Mannheim (HDWM). The lecture will help students gain practical and theoretical knowledge related to international trade, exportation and marketing strategies.
