Markus Breuer is a professor at the Faculty of Business at SRH University Heidelberg and has been Vice Rector of the university since 2020.
Before his appointment as professor, he studied business administration, economics and international tax law in Braunschweig, Chemnitz and Hamburg.
He gained practical experience at Norddeutsche Landesbank and KPMG, among others. His research mainly covers work in the field of sports economics and sports management. His work is regularly presented at international conferences such as the Annual Meeting of the European Association for Sport Management.
