Wajdi BEN REJEB is BBA Program Manager and Senior Lecturer at the German Business School. Wajdi obtained his Ph.D. at the Tunis Manar University in Tunisia in the areas of corporate governance and strategic management. He teaches a range of courses including Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Project Management, and Leadership.
"My interest in teaching, research and consultancy have developed as a result of 18 years of professional experience within the public sector, private sector and third sector working in different levels of complexity while trouble-shooting and proffering solutions to real-life work problems. I have been collaborating with UK and German universities as an associate faculty member. Besides, I was an associate director and co-founder of several web startups and have been teaching on-campus and online, undergraduate, and graduate students from around the world during the past eighteen years.
My aim of teaching is to enable my students to achieve their academic goals and to develop conceptual, analytical and critical thinking skills that they can apply in their personal and professional lives and lay down the foundations of a bright and successful future. My research interests include corporate governance, strategic management, innovation and corporate social responsibility. I have published articles and book chapters in the areas of corporate governance, strategic management and innovation."
