Note

You must be enrolled at the University in the 2024/25 academic year in order to be eligible to participate in the International Week:

- Participation Fees: 84 € / app. 290 TND - to be transferred to SRH
- Flight Ticket: currently around 1100 TND - to be paid at the travel agency
- Train Ticket: 75 TND - to be paid at GBS

Total: 1465 TND (excluding visa fees)

Additional Fees:

- Heidelberg Card: 58 EUR / app. 200 TND - to be paid at the Tourist Information Center near Heidelberg Main Station.
- Tasting: 8 EUR / appr. 28 TND
- Hotel Fees - to be paid at Frankfurt Airport
- Dinner Costs: 8 EUR to 30 EUR - 28 TND to 100 TND per meal, depending on your preferences.
