This session introduces the participants to the theory and practice of production management as a functional area in the management of business enterprise. It includes the methods, strategies and application of various economical and mathematical tools in solving the production and operation related problems. In addition to that, the participant will learn how to organize procurement and logistics in the most effective and efficient way.
