This course will introduce the participants to the tasks, strategies, and skills of effective leadership. Course activities will move the student from theory to the practical processes of leadership. Basic concepts essential to team building, teamwork, and team leading are included. Participants will also get insight on motivation, decision-making, conflict / negotiation strategies and meeting management.
