The German Business School has hosted the MBA'21 cohort's first team building with international coach and professional trainer Mr. Fares Ben Souilah. The two-day event took place at "Les Andalous" in the outskirts of Tunis, allowing the new cohort to bond and enjoy the serenity and beauty of the landscape.
The team building consisted of various activities and tasks like ice-breakers, storytelling, profiling as well as games and confessions. The students exchanged knowledge, expertise, past experiences as well as some laughs. During the meal breaks, relationships were strengthened and a team named "Carthage Leaders" was built.
